1. Services

J Harwood Heating and Plumbing provides plumbing and heating services to residential and commercial customers. All work is carried out by qualified, insured engineers.

2. Quotations

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may vary if the scope of work changes once the job has commenced.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.

4. Liability

J Harwood Heating and Plumbing is fully insured for public liability. We are not liable for any pre-existing defects or damage not caused by our work.

5. Guarantee

All labour is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty.

6. Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Late cancellations may incur a call-out charge.
